V12bat Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the services of v12bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. v12bat strictly prohibits the use of this platform by individuals below the specified minimum age.
• Is a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident or an individual lawfully present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into and comply with this binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that prevents the use of online betting services.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from v12bat or any related betting platform.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on v12bat. Opening more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.

• The full name registered must match the name on a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport).
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for the account verification process.
• A valid and active email address must be provided for account-related communications.
• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the v12bat support team with the relevant supporting documents.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account and must keep their password confidential.
• V12bat is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

V12bat supports all major Malaysian payment methods. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name — third-party transfers are not permitted.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• V12bat reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or identity verification purposes, particularly for withdrawal requests exceeding RM 5,000.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn after being used to place at least one bet, unless otherwise stated in the relevant terms.
• Withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet belonging to a third party that is not the member will not be processed, and the funds will be returned to the account balance.
• V12bat is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or external financial institutions.

V12bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement as specified in the terms of the relevant offer. This requirement must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. One claim per person, per household, and per IP address.
• V12bat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if misuse is suspected.
• Transfers of bonus balances between games, or the use of bonuses in certain games, may be restricted as specified in the promotional terms.
• Free spins awarded are valid only for the specified games. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and may result in all associated winnings being voided.

V12bat's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), cricket (IPL and international series), badminton, e-sports, and other sporting events. The following conditions apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specified by v12bat, such as postponed or cancelled matches.
• The odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is confirmed. v12bat reserves the right to update odds at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• If a match is not completed within the stipulated timeframe, v12bat reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the member's account.
• Pre-match and in-play betting are governed by slightly different rules — refer to the betting page for further details.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. v12bat reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific accounts without prior notice.
• Bets suspected of being placed based on insider information or match manipulation may be voided by v12bat at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v12bat platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple account creation – registering more than one account under your own name or someone else's to obtain additional bonuses.
• Use of false identity – providing false personal information during registration or the verification process.
• Unauthorised fund transfers – using v12bat as a fund transfer platform between unrelated parties.
• Automated usage – using bots, scripts or third-party software to play automatically or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion – working with other players in live casino games or betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering – using the v12bat platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• System abuse – exploiting any technical bugs, odds errors or system vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.

V12bat's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

V12bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the required eligibility criteria, including the minimum age requirement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves or by an authorised party.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the v12bat support team. Any remaining account balance at the time of closure will be refunded once all withdrawal conditions have been met, provided there are no outstanding issues.

V12bat reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes take effect upon being published to this page.

• V12bat will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any material changes via email or in-platform notification.
• Continued use of the v12bat platform after any updates are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
